We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Supported Housing team in Fleet. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals to rebuild their lives, develop independence, and move forward positively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver tailored emotional, practical, and housing-related support to clients
- Manage referrals, including interviewing and risk assessing new clients
- Develop and review personalised support plans and risk assessments
- Support clients to maintain tenancies and access welfare, health, and external services
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
- Assist in managing rent, arrears, and tenancy compliance
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance data
- Facilitate group and one-to-one support sessions
- Promote safeguarding, health & safety, and equality at all times
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota

Essential skills and experience:
- Experience working within a similar role or supporting vulnerable individuals
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, support planning, and risk assessment
- Knowledge of housing and welfare benefits systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT and administrative skills
Salary £12,031.24 per annum
Hours 17 hours across 3 days per week
