We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our care home team specialising in senior care and dementia support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting the management team to deliver high-quality care services, ensuring the well-being of residents with diverse needs, including Alzheimer's and other cognitive impairments. Responsibilities
- Assist the Management team in the day-to-day operational running of the care home, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and support care staff, promoting best practices in elderly and dementia care.

- Administer medication in accordance with prescribed protocols, maintaining accurate records.

Experience
- Proven experience within assisted living or nursing home environments, preferably with senior or dementia care specialisation.

- Experience with medication administration and managing complex care needs such as Alzheimer's disease.
