Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to coordinate and assist with completion and submission of interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans in line with CMS RAI Manual Regulations.
The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing, current RN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience (geriatrics preferred), CPR certification, and strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
