Join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor; earnings start at £12 per hour. You’ll enjoy the flexibility and support you need to make an impact: be the trusted advisor, helping people make better health decisions, hit targets and deliver excellent customer service with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

Full training provided. All training will be given, both in using the equipment and general training around how Chiropractic works and how care can help people live better lives. No previous experience is necessary.

A can-do attitude and a professional, outgoing, extraverted personality are important for this role to give potential new clients a great first experience of us as a business.

What you\’\’ll do

• Meet our customers face to face in public at events, stalls and businesses to have conversations with members of the public.
• Understand our customers\’\’ needs to offer the best solution.
• Engage people in a free spinal health check using our digital app and encourage them to take advantage of our promotional offer for a full consultation in the chiropractic centre.
• Demonstrate expertise about our services by learning the skills to become the trusted advisor.
• Work 6–12 hours over 1–2 days including weekend work (Thursday and Saturday); hours can be adjusted based on availability.
• £12 per hour base pay.
• Commission payments (on top of hourly rate) are made for sales of promotional Consultation Vouchers (booked & paid) with potential to earn £100–£150 for a day\’\’s work.
• Events are booked based on your availability.
• All training provided — no previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Attend events and other public locations with a screening stand to promote Life Balance Chiropractic
• Educate the general public about Chiropractic (training provided) and how it can help support health, well-being and better quality of life
• Interact with the public on their specific health concerns and sell promotional vouchers and book clients in for an in-clinic assessment
• Collection and drop-off of kit at pre-determined locations
• Take payments and manage paper trail of sales
• Provide exceptional service and after-sales service by taking payment promptly and booking their appointment in a timely manner
• Reporting to the management of your key metrics to monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts
• Care for kit and ensure it is kept clean and safe
