Earn £45k – £90k+ per year. Avg first‑year earnings between £55k and £71k; higher OTE possible. Based on a 35‑hour clinical work week with our implemented bonus structure.

- Employed pathway: £30,000 base salary + discretionary performance‑related bonus, paid holiday, pension and agreed professional support.
- Self‑employed pathway: competitive fee structure associate agreement, with access to patient‑building systems, proven processes, coaching resources, structured training rhythms and agreed professional support as your diary grows.
What You'll Do:
As a Chiropractor at Life Balance Chiropractic, you will work within proven systems that support clinical excellence, client experience, retention, referrals and long‑term results.
- Attract new clients through referrals, social media, articles, screenings and community events
- Consult, assess and examine clients by listening to each client’s goals and concerns, using chiropractic testing and X-rays where clinically appropriate
- Accurately Diagnose & Design personalised care plans that match each client’s goals, findings, diagnosis and best path for progress and long‑term results
- Communicate clearly, create clarity & confidence so clients feel safe, informed and confident they are in the right place, clients understand their care, trust the plan and know their next step
- Locate, analyse & correct vertebral subluxations using appropriate techniques, while continuing to develop your clinical skills
- Work as an integrated team with massage therapists and other chiropractors to improve client outcomes with lifestyle advice and exercise guidance
- Connect on every visit by helping clients feel seen, heard, understood, cared for and clear on their progress
- Educate clients about the nervous system, lifestyle, and preventive care to help them understand how chiropractic can support the activities, roles, and goals that matter most to them in life
- Review progress regularly
- Invite advocacy when the impact is real through referrals, reviews, testimonials and client stories
- Reactivate clients who have dropped off care with care, clarity and appropriate follow‑up
- Support the team by covering holidays, etc.
Who We’re Looking For:
- GCC‑registered or GCC‑eligible and able to work in the UK
- A new graduate, experienced chiropractor, or relocating chiropractor looking for the right long‑term opportunity
