What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)
- You’ll own the engine that fuels our growth: campaigns that inspire action, spark connection, and drive real-world results. This is a hands-on, strategic, and creative role.
- Take full ownership of our campaign calendar across email, blog, social, video, website, and in-clinic assets.
- Craft compelling copy and content that builds trust, educates, and converts.
- Run paid campaigns (Meta, Google) that generate online and phone new client appointment bookings to grow our client base.
- Coordinate creatives, editors, and freelancers to bring ideas to life.
- Execute multimedia marketing campaigns that drive new bookings, referrals, reviews, reactivations, and long-term brand loyalty.
- Deliver community-driven events including talks, screenings, and community collaborations—that drive leads, attract new clients and in-house activations that create buzz and build local visibility.
- Analyse performance and use data to make every campaign better than the last.
- Build local partnerships with businesses, media outlets, influencers, and ambassadors.
- Stay curious – continually improve your marketing knowledge and skills.

Who you are
You’re an action-oriented, detail-loving, mission-driven marketer who:
- Has 2+ years’ experience delivering successful multichannel marketing campaigns
- Writes sharp, emotionally intelligent copy that connects and converts.
- Can work from our Poole office, with one WFH day/week (after 3 months) (We don't offer visa sponsorship)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (CIM Level 4+)
- Knows how to manage a content calendar, brief creatives, and meet deadlines with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Manages projects and campaigns with clarity, structure, and a bias toward action.
- Understands the marketing funnel and how to improve ROI through testing and tracking with a strong eye for detail, data, and results.
- Is a proactive problem-solver, with strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence
- Skilled in social media management, analytics, and audience growth
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategy, content funnels, and campaign optimisation
- You thrive on structure, love ticking off a checklist, and always close the loop.
- Process-oriented — you work smart & repeatably.
- Proactive and coachable—you take feedback well and learn fast
- Maintain a high sense of urgency, entrepreneurial work ethic, and resourcefulness required to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborative team player who takes full ownership of outcomes and gets things done.
- Strong knowledge of behavioural psychology, storytelling, copywriting, branding, positioning, offline marketing, guerrilla marketing.
- Comfortable using tools like Basecamp, Process Street, ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and more
- Bonus if you have experience in healthcare, retail, or consumer wellness, or hold certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot
