Job Opportunity: Part-Time Dental Receptionists (Job Share)
Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist or Patient Coordinator looking for a flexible, part-time role within a thriving city-centre dental practice? Chester Dental Studio is seeking two part-time Dental Receptionists to work on a job-share basis, covering alternate weekends (one weekend on, one weekend off) and sharing shifts.
Practice opening hours are between 7am and 7pm, so flexibility to work early or late shifts is desirable.
Pay is dependent on experience, and this role may also suit a qualified dental nurse wishing to transition into a receptionist or treatment coordinator role.
About Us: Chester Dental Studio is a modern, three-surgery practice located in Chester city centre. We offer a supportive working environment with direct assistance from our practice manager and a dedicated team of qualified dental nurses.
Role Overview: As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage appointments, inquiries, and maintaining the smooth daily operation of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding telephone and front-desk service.
- Schedule private treatment appointments and follow treatment plans
- Discuss and present finance options professionally
- Work alongside clinicians to coordinate patient care
- Support digital marketing efforts and promote practice treatments
- Deliver efficient reception services to support clinical workflows
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous dental reception or dental practice experience preferred
