We’re looking for a warm, organised, and experienced Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis – 3 days per week to start. You’ll be working 24 hours across Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

This is a key role within the practice where you’ll support patients throughout their dental journey, ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment Coordination: Assist in managing treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient finance and payments.
  • Reception Duties: Greet patients, answer queries, and manage bookings with professionalism and care.
  • Patient Support: Explain treatment options and payment processes, providing a smooth and reassuring experience.
  • Practice Promotion: Support occasional open days and marketing efforts.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with dental nurses and clinicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a dental practice. Dental nursing experience is a bonus.
  • Qualifications: GDC registration or prior Treatment Coordinator experience preferred.
  • Skills: Friendly, organised, and a great communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Tech Comfort: Familiar with dental software, scanners, and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for Patients: A patient-first attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
