The Opportunity

As Associate Director – MEP, you’ll sit at the intersection of technical excellence, leadership, and commercial savvy. You’ll own major project workstreams, act as the main client voice, and help drive the growth of a high‑performing regional building services team. In short: you’ll design, lead, influence—and leave things better than you found them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the primary client contact on large, multi‑disciplinary MEP projects
  • Leading complex schemes across mechanical, electrical and public health disciplines
  • Driving project profitability, quality, risk management and delivery standards
  • Supporting work-winning, bids and strategic growth initiatives
  • Mentoring future leaders and shaping a positive, high‑performance team culture
  • Delegating, reviewing and guiding engineering teams and specialist inputs

What You’ll Bring
