The Opportunity
As Associate Director – MEP, you’ll sit at the intersection of technical excellence, leadership, and commercial savvy. You’ll own major project workstreams, act as the main client voice, and help drive the growth of a high‑performing regional building services team. In short: you’ll design, lead, influence—and leave things better than you found them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary client contact on large, multi‑disciplinary MEP projects
- Leading complex schemes across mechanical, electrical and public health disciplines
- Driving project profitability, quality, risk management and delivery standards
- Supporting work-winning, bids and strategic growth initiatives
- Mentoring future leaders and shaping a positive, high‑performance team culture
- Delegating, reviewing and guiding engineering teams and specialist inputs
