What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and sustaining long-term client relationships that drive repeat work.
- Developing strategy alongside fellow Directors across new and existing sectors.
- Leading bids, tenders, and work-winning activity across disciplines.
- Overseeing project appointments and managing risk across the project lifecycle.
- Leading medium-to-large, high-profile engineering programmes.
- Planning and coordinating resources to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Owning financial performance across your portfolio, including revenue and invoicing.
- Providing senior technical leadership on complex or high-risk schemes.
- Supporting recruitment and shaping the future leadership bench.
- Mentoring senior engineers and emerging leaders across the business.
