A great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of complex design projects across science & research, healthcare, commercial and other technically demanding sectors. This is a hands‑on role focused on high‑quality design, coordination and technical output.

The Opportunity

You will take responsibility for delivering electrical design packages, coordinating with multi‑disciplinary project teams, and supporting the delivery of challenging, high‑specification engineering schemes. This role suits an engineer confident working independently while contributing to wider team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed, coordinated and efficient electrical designs
  • Prepare specifications, calculations, drawings and technical reports
  • Use modern engineering software, including BIM/Revit, Dialux, Relux and Electrical OM
  • Attend client meetings, design team sessions and site inspections
  • Support delivery of significant and complex engineering projects
  • Manage elements of projects autonomously where required
  • Contribute to innovation, improved processes and new ways of working
  • Ensure technical accuracy and quality across all deliverables

What You Need

  • Proven experience delivering electrical engineering solutions across complex projects
  • Strong understanding of modern design tools and technical delivery processes
  • Experience working with clients, contractors and architects in a design‑led environment
  • Proficiency in BIM/Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, Relux and associated tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to support and mentor developing engineers
