Lidl is seeking a Shift Leader to help run operations in one of our warehouses. You will lead by example, open, run and close shifts, train new starters and support your team across the shift to deliver efficiency and high performance.
You will work closely with other Shift Leaders and the Department Manager to ensure smooth operations, staff development and a positive work environment. A competitive salary and ongoing training are provided.
