We're looking for a Recruitment Officer to join the team for a 6 months fixed term contract, to hire top talent for our Shift Manager roles across the business. What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Shift Manager roles from requisition to offer.
- Post job ads across internal and external platforms, making sure we're visible where it matters.
- Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews, always keeping candidate experience front of mind.
- Organise and attend store open days to meet potential talent face-to-face.
- Work closely with our Employer Brand team to support attraction campaigns.
- Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
- Confidence using ATS systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus!).
- A passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving.
- Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment.
