We are looking for a part - time Talent Acquisition Administrator for our Logistics team, you'll be at the heart of our fast-paced hiring engine, helping us find the right people to keep our warehouses running smoothly across the UK.

Shift Pattern Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Mondays , Wednesdys Fridays.

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process for key operational roles
  • Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone interviews
  • Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines
  • Manage applications through Success Factors (ATS)
  • Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback
  • Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages
  • Handle queries around contracts and documentation
  • Create and check employment contracts
  • Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
  • Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking
  • Working one Saturday shift every 10-12 weeks on a rotating basis
  • What you'll need
  • Experience in recruitment, ideally in high-volume or operational roles
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using ATS platforms (Success Factors is a plus!)
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
  • Good computer skills, and use of the Google suite would be advantageous
  • Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
  • Able to work one Saturday shift every 10-12 weeks on a rotating basis
