You will play a vital role in keeping Lidl's estate running smoothly. Taking you on an intensive learning journey that gives you the best possible exposure to our core Building Services, Facilities and Estate Management business areas, along with a range of opportunities to build your experience, resilience, and business acumen.
Building your expertise from the ground up, you will rotate and gain hands-on experience in Stores and Warehouses within your geographical area. Managing large projects, responding quickly to business needs and developing into a specialist. If you're organised, solution focused and ready to take on responsibility from day one, this is your chance to shape the spaces of one of the UK's fastest growing retailers and take that exciting first step in your career.

What you'll do
Rotate through Sales, Logistics, Facilities Management and Head Office teams to build comprehensive business knowledge
Develop expertise in regional maintenance operations, using problem-solving skills, and commercial awareness to deliver effective maintenance solutions.
Assist in obtaining cost estimates, run and participate in contract tenders and negotiations and track Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service schedules.
Gain hands-on experience in M&E compliance, building services and energy sustainability, supporting safety audits, energy initiatives and market-leading technologies across our stores and distribution centres.
Lead live projects and deliver impactful results for the business
Travel across a number of stores and RDCs across an extensive geographical are

Conducting annual inspections and energy audits
