Lidl is seeking a Shift Leader in the United Kingdom to help run operations in one of our warehouses. You will line manage a team, lead shifts, train new starters and support your Department Manager daily, delivering efficient, safe and collaborative operations.
The role offers a competitive salary of £30,000–£37,000 per annum, 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, ongoing training and a strong path for progression within Lidl’s supportive team environment.
