As a Lidl Warehouse Maintenance Operative, you'll keep our distribution centre and stores running smoothly by looking after equipment, machinery, fixtures and fittings.
You'll support your team with a can‑do attitude and ensure the warehouse stays in tip‑top condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Continue to maintain, repair and service our fleet of Mechanical Handling Equipment.
- Update service schedules and records.
- Sort out issues and fix breakdowns, supporting all departments within the warehouse team.
- Problem‑solve and fault‑find across a range of equipment.
- Collaborate with external contractors to complete complex maintenance tasks.
- Follow and promote good working practices and uphold health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work with hand tools and specialist lifting equipment.
