Based in our state-of-the-art head office in Tolworth, our IT Business Consulting department is looking for a highly motivated, and driven individual to join the team and build a career in a fast paced and international environment.
Our IT department at Lidl GB is continuing to expand and plays a crucial role in our international success.
In our Head Office alone, we have over 100 colleagues managing and supporting our solution landscape.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Associate Consultant who will consult the Supply Chain Department, and look after the implementation of solutions that continue to drive technological improvements here at Lidl GB.
In this role, you will need to understand and support the existing solution landscape within Lidl.

- What you’ll do
- Provide support and prioritise incidents with strong incident management for applicable solutions
- Manage and lead testing with business teams for both local and international solutions to reduce friction at Go‑Live
- Manage local and international Supply Chain solutions throughout their lifecycle from conception through to retirement
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure the success and smooth operation of solutions
- Maintain an excellent relationship with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of consistent service and awareness of departments strategic direction
- Collaborate with and support business consultants on potential new solutions and improvements to existing solutions
- Evaluate and provide solutions to the business in a cost‑efficient way whilst maintaining security, functionality and time‑to‑market
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the technical infrastructure as well as components / platforms in use
- Participate in and lead projects at both national and international level
- What you’ll need
- Working knowledge of operations and purchase solutions essential
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes essential
- An understanding of application security and governance practices is highly beneficial
- Experience of project and stakeholder management essential
- The ability to liaise and communicate at both a technical and non‑technical level
- A strong team mentality and good collaboration ethos
- Comfortable multitasking a diverse portfolio of projects and tasks
- A technical and inquisitive mindset
- SQL, App Script or knowledge of Python preferable
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace and the Google application landscape
- Strong ownership of tasks and a keen eye for detail
- Good understanding of Release and Test Management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Occasional travel to European countries required
