What you'll do
As part of the Lidl Plus team:
Work on Trials and Projects to increase customer loyalty
Improve processes to allow successful trials to integrate into the team as BAU
Interpret project results and succinctly present them to senior
Leadership
Ensure that promotional budget is optimally invested by running tests and analysing results
Drive customer behaviour
As part of the Customer Insights team:
Enable decisions impacting every part of Lidl to be made based on data and insight
Work with Panel Data, Brand Tracking, Customer Satisfaction and Campaign Performance
Ad Hoc Research to find opportunities for growth
Study the drivers of Lidl's performance and benchmark to other retailers
Review product ranges to identify strong and weak items for Lidl and competitors
Develop customer engagement strategies and tactics which can be implemented across the entire business, within our bespoke customer segments, or even for individual stores
