Schedule interviews smoothly and ensure candidates receive timely, constructive feedback. Support candidates through the offer and contract stages, handling queries regarding documentation. Create and check employment contracts, ensuring all candidate data is 100% accurate and processed on time. Act as a key point of contact for our temporary agency recruitment and build strong relationships with our PSL agencies.
- The Administration Side: Manage the busy recruitment inbox, responding professionally to inquiries from candidates and suppliers. Assist with the day-to-day financial admin of the department, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices. Support the wider team with recruitment reports and performance tracking.
