As a Warehouse Operative (Goods In), you'll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. From counting and moving stock to making sure deliveries are processed properly, you'll be part of a team that gets our products into our customers' hands.
This is a role that keeps you on your feet and thinking fast - perfect for someone who likes to be hands-on and work hard as part of a busy team. You'll be dealing with everything from fresh fruit and veg to frozen goods, so attention to detail and high energy are key!

What you'll do
- Carefully count, move, and put away the full range of food and non-food products
- Make sure the stock is processed accurately to the highest standards
- Be happy to work in cold environments
- Understand temperature compliance processes
- Follow processes for recording incorrect deliveries
- Communicate clearly and confidently with your teams
- Help with team tasks and keep warehouse standards to the expected level, with a clean as you go attitude
What you'll need
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Great maths skills and a keen eye for detail
- To be confident working with moving equipment
- Self-motivation, a can-do attitude, and a sense of pride in a job well done
