As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will maintain high standards day after day, motivate your team and manage store operations.
You will ensure our store runs smoothly and provide excellent customer service.
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, an extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays, £3.50 per hour for night shifts, and a generous benefits package designed to support your well‑being.
What you'll do
- Motivate and support your team, applying our Leadership and Company Principles.
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.

- Manage operations within the store when the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager are absent.
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to keep shifts running smoothly.
