What will you do
As part of the Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty team:- Enhance the Lidl Plus app experience while balancing customer needs with business goals
- Contribute to trials and strategic projects aimed at boosting customer loyalty
- Streamline processes to embed successful initiatives into business-as-usual operations
- Present clear, data-driven results to senior leadership
- Maximise promotional investment through rigorous testing and analysis
- Influence customer behaviour through targeted, insight-led communications
- Impact every part of the business, ensuring decisions are made based on data and insight
- Work with Panel Data, Brand Tracking, Customer Satisfaction and Ad Hoc research to find opportunities for growth
- Study the drivers of Lidl’s performance and benchmark to other retailers
- Review product ranges to identify strong and weak items for Lidl and competitors
- Develop customer engagement strategies and tactics which can be implemented across the entire business, targeted at bespoke customer segments, or even on individual stores
Qualifications
- Minimum 2:2 degree (in any discipline), awarded in 2024, 2025 or 2026, but must be graduated by September 2026
- To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
- Already live - or happy to relocate - within a one-hour commute of Lidl GB Head Office in Tolworth, South West London
- Be passionate about the food retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Be assertive and confident in your communication skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Confident to make tough decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
- Business-minded approach; commercially savvy and resilient
- Able to attend the assessment day on 11.12.2025
