We are looking for an administrator to join the CRM team. This early career role is a unique opportunity to be at the core of the content provided to Lidl Plus members every week. It is perfect for anyone wanting to start or transition into a career within CRM & Loyalty and be part of a market leading program like Lidl Plus.

What you'll do:
- Focus on our regular weekly content, meaning a drumbeat of regular weekly tasks and the opportunity for stretch projects.
- Set up weekly offers & coupons, all customer facing in-app content (banners, home message), and direct communication.
- Create direct communications to send to customers, such as push notifications and in-app announcements.
- Coordinate the production and design of creative assets (product photography) for in-app content, working closely with an external agency, internal Photography team & the Online teams.
- Ensure weekly timely sign-off on all offers with Buying and Marketing teams.
- Support Lidl Plus QR code creation in SalesForce for marketing materials, in-store events and other campaigns as required.
- Contact suppliers for bigger promotions, to confirm volume requirements with them and communicate this back to our regional supply chain teams.
- Test app features and functionality utilising the testing environment in-app and our dedicated test tills.
- Collaborate and problem solve with colleagues across Food Promotions, Non Food, Food Buying, Fruit & Veg Buying, and IT.
- Liaise as required with SCRM, the app development team.
What you'll need:
- Experience working in a customer focused or commercial team at Lidl, or for external candidates a passion for retail, CRM, loyalty and/or delivering customers a brilliant in-app experience!
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot mistakes.
- Experience with SalesForce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Photoshop is desirable but not essential; a desire to learn these is essential!
- A real team player: someone who is willing to get stuck in and help their colleagues.
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
- Desire to succeed and interest in always improving.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to deal with changing tasks and routines in a fast-paced environment.
