As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain high standards day after day, motivate your team and take responsibility for the shop floor, ensuring the store runs smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
In return we offer a competitive hourly pay rate, extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with a generous benefits package supporting your well‑being.
What you'll do
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
- Manage operations within your store and with colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly.
- Give customers the very best experience every time they visit your store.
