We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6‑month temporary assignment to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for our RDC (Regional Distribution Centre) functions including Logistics, HR, Supply Chain and Property.

You’ll be the go‑to expert for all things recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and delivering a brilliant candidate experience from start to finish.

This role may require flexibility to work evening and Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.

  • What you’ll do
  • Responsible for the 360‑recruitment cycle for salaried roles from job brief to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and bring roles to life
  • Advertise vacancies across the right channels and track ROI
  • Screen and shortlist candidates using an ATS (Success Factors)
  • Use active sourcing to find top talent and build pipelines
  • Manage interviews, feedback, and candidate communications
  • Create and issue contracts, check documentation, and support onboarding
  • Keep systems up to date and ensure data accuracy
  • Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring strategy and market trends
  • Support DE&I initiatives across all recruitment activity
  • Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand teams
  • Provide in‑person support for regional events and assessment centres
  • This role may require flexibility to work evening and Saturday shifts on a rotational basis
