What you’ll do
- Collaborate with our Global and local brand partners and our internal teams to ensure alignment with global and local strategies.
- Ensure GB strategic priorities are reflected within national and global partnership selection and activation.
- Lead liaison with potential and existing strategic brand partners and ambassadors; you will be the guardian of our brand and actively promote and protect our brand interests.
- Responsible for setting the strategic requirements, search, selection, negotiation and onboarding of local brand partners and ambassadors, to build brand awareness and relevance, as well as driving loyalty and sales, aligned to the Lidl brand model.
- Set and monitor the strategic direction and KPIs for all local partnerships, aligned to the Lidl brand model.
- Act as a consult and support to marketing and other business departments, to ensure the effective implementation of partnerships and ambassadors.
What you’ll need
- Strong collaborator and communicator capable of representing the business internally and externally.
- Proven experience in FMCG or Retail as a strategic lead for national and global brand partnerships.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an eagerness to seek out new opportunities and drive the business forward.
- Experience with contractual negotiations is desirable.
