Overview

Warehouse Operative (Stock Picker) – School Drop Shift – Nutts Corner at Lidl Northern Ireland. Join Lidl for the Warehouse Operative (Stock Picker) role with a new \’drop off shift\’ option designed to accommodate school drop-offs and pick-ups. The warehouse operates 24 hours a day with rosters 3 weeks in advance.

What you\’ll do

  • Move and pick all food types and non-food products
  • Ensure stock is packed and transported according to the highest standards
  • Work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments
  • Pick goods onto pallets to meet the store’s needs in the selections department
  • Work with a voice-operated headset to be guided where to go and what to pick
  • Work toward structured performance targets so daily tasks are clear

What you\’ll need

  • Comfortable with Manual Handling Equipment, such as an order picker forklift
  • A flexible can-do attitude
  • Preferably experience within a warehouse environment
  • A good team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl.

  • £12.40 per hour rising to £14.10 per hour after 3 years
