Come along to our Recruitment Day in our Nutts Corner RDC on Thursday, 12th March between 3pm - 7pm. We will be holding fast‑tracked interviews. All attendees must apply to this job before attending the Recruitment Day. Please bring a copy of your CV with you.
What you’ll do:
- Enjoy flexible work hours with our enticing shift options; we provide rosters 3 weeks in advance.
- Shifts available: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, 09:00 PM – 07:00 AM, 10:00 PM – 08:00 AM.
- Move and pick all food types and non‑food products.
- Ensure stock is packed and transported according to the highest standards.
- Work in both ambient and temperature‑controlled environments.
- Work in selections, picking goods onto pallets to meet our store’s needs.
- Use a voice‑operated headset to guide picking; this is the role of an order picker in the selections department.
- Work towards structured performance targets, knowing daily tasks to complete.
What you’ll need:
- Comfortable with Manual Handling Equipment, such as an order picker forklift.
- A flexible, can‑do attitude.
- Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment.
- A good team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

- Basic rate £12.80.
- £16.00 (unsocial hours).

- Basic rate £13.80.
- £17.25 (unsocial hours).
- £20.70 (overtime/sundays).
After 3 Years:
- Basic rate £14.50.
- £18.13 (unsocial hours).
