Our primary goal is to create and deliver a fantastic customer journey for everyone who shops at Lidl, from our Head Office to the shop floor and everywhere in between. Are you customer-obsessed, energetic, and eager to learn every day? If so, earn £370+ per week as a Customer Assistant on our standard 30-hour contract. Your role will be varied, working across different shifts, tasks, and with different colleagues. Note: As a Customer Assistant, you are required to sell alcohol; therefore, you must be 18 or over to work in our store.
Shift Patterns
- Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am, preparing products and bakery items for customers.
- Middle shift: Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, ensuring store cleanliness, assisting customers, and working on tills.
- Late shift: Starting in the afternoon, serving customers, restocking, and preparing the store for the next day.

- Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Following stock loss controls
- Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Following freshness and rotation principles

- Year 3: £13.40/hour, £16.75 (Unsocial Hours), £20.10 (Overtime/Sundays)
- Year 4: £14.10/hour, £17.63 (Unsocial Hours), £21.15 (Overtime/Sundays)
