Choosing the best place to gain practical and relevant experience during your internship is really important. After all, you want to be sure that wherever you go, you’ll be creating the very best start to your future career. That's why Internships in Lidl have been designed and developed to get you involved and give you more opportunities to show what you’re capable of.
Every Internship has a bespoke structured training plan for the duration of the placement (12 weeks to 52 weeks depending on college course requirements), support from your Line Manager and regular meetings with a Learning and Development Business Partner. You'll also be asked to complete a presentation at the end of your placement to demonstrate what you've learned and how you've developed.

You can also utilise a salary sacrifice arrangement to pay for the bike over a 6-month period so that you can save up to 51% of the retail price.
From time to time we all unfortunately fall ill. In order to reduce the burden when this occurs, Lidl generously provides 20 days paid sick leave as part of our absence policy.
