Job Details: £13.80 - £17.95 per hour* | 40-hour contract | Night shift (20:30-05:00) | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata)

As a Warehouse Operative (Goods In), you’ll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. From counting and moving stock to making sure deliveries are processed properly, you’ll be part of a team that gets our products into our customers’ hands. This is a role that keeps you on your feet and thinking fast – perfect for someone who likes to be hands-on and work hard as part of a busy team. You’ll be dealing with everything from fresh fruit and veg to frozen goods, so attention to detail and high energy are key!

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl. What you’ll do:

  • Carefully count, move, and put away the full range of food and non-food products
  • Make sure the stock is processed accurately to the highest standards
  • Be happy to work in cold environments
  • Understand temperature compliance processes
  • Follow processes for recording incorrect deliveries
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with your teams
  • Help with team tasks and keep warehouse standards to the expected level, with a clean-as-you-go attitude
