Role Overview

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll ensure our stores receive the right stock when needed. Your tasks include picking products and assisting in team activities like stock checking. You’ll work independently through your orders to help get our 2,000+ products to customers, taking pride in your contribution to keeping shelves stocked.

Responsibilities

• Follow picking instructions carefully via headset to execute tasks swiftly
• Pack various products, including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items (premium payments of £1.50/hour for low-temperature work)
• Ensure deliveries are well-stacked and secure
• Report damaged items to your manager
• Work independently through your orders

• Experience in a fast-paced environment

Additional Notes

The maximum rate includes £1.50 extra per hour for hours worked in the freezer and £3.50 for hours between 23:00 – 05:00.
