Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead by example on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will manage cash processes, stock integrity and inspire your colleagues to perform at their best, even in the absence of the Store Manager.
You will be responsible for creating a high-performing store team, delivering excellent customer service, monitoring KPIs and ensuring Health and Safety compliance, with a strong focus on development and support for your colleagues.
