As a Lidl Customer Assistant you will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, restocking shelves, operating tills and ensuring the store remains clean, tidy and organised. The role involves assisting customers, handling deliveries, delivering excellent customer service, and offers the opportunity to progress into specialist areas such as Freshness, Non‑Food or Bakery Specialist.

In return you receive a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, plus a generous benefits package designed to support your well‑being and life outside Lidl.

  • Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions, queries and requests
