As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll lead the end-to-end hiring process for our RDC (Regional Distribution Centre) functions including Logistics, HR, Supply Chain and Property. You’ll be the go‑to expert for all things recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and delivering a brilliant candidate experience from start to finish.

- Responsible for the 360-recruitment cycle for salaried roles from job brief to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and bring roles to life
- Advertise vacancies across the right channels and track ROI
- Screen and shortlist candidates using SuccessFactors (ATS)
- Use active sourcing to find top talent and build pipelines
- Manage interviews, feedback, and candidate communications
- Create and issue contracts, check documentation, and support onboarding
- Keep systems up to date and ensure data accuracy
- Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring strategy and market trends
- Support DE&I initiatives across all recruitment activity
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand teams
- Provide in-person support for regional events and assessment centres

- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence using ATS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors)
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven experience in recruiting management roles
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders when required
- Passion for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience
- Flexibility to support cross-team projects and peak periods
