Lidl GB is seeking a Store Manager to own the store, lead and develop the team, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, KPI performance, and implementing Lidl’s values, with opportunities to progress and benefit from a generous package. The role offers a salary of £46,000–£66,000 per annum, 30–35 days' holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme.
