£13.80‑£14.45 per hour (based on job level) – 40 hour contract – 12:30 to 20:30 shifts – 30‑35 days holiday pro‑rata – 10 % in‑store discount – pension scheme.
Additional compensation: £2.00 per hour for bank holidays, £3.50 per hour for nights, and £1.50 per hour premium for work at temperatures below -18 °C.
As a Lidl Warehouse Operative you will ensure that our stores receive the right stock when they need it. You will pick products, check stock, stack deliveries securely, and report any damaged items. You will carry out your orders independently and help move over 2,000 products to customers, taking pride in maintaining full shelves.
Responsibilities- Listen to picking instructions via headset and complete them swiftly.
- Pack a variety of products, including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items.
- Ensure deliveries are correctly stacked and secure.
- Report any damaged items to your manager.
