We are looking for a confident and motivated part‑time Property Administrator who will be at the forefront of Lidl GB’s expansion plans in the London region while maintaining the smooth running of the Property Office in Battersea Power Station. You’ll support the Head of Department and provide administrative support to the wider acquisitions and construction team. This role is fully on‑site, requiring office attendance Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8AM to 5PM. It is a dynamic, fast‑paced environment that offers a competitive salary and generous benefits designed to support well‑being and life outside Lidl.

What you'll do:

  • Finance management: raise purchase orders, manage cash‑flow, petty cash, and process invoices
  • Manage team inbox
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries and other paperwork
  • Pro‑actively manage diaries, events, meetings and agendas
  • Maintain databases
  • Handle telephone calls, emails and post
  • Monitor and cascade domestic & international communications
  • Prepare legal paperwork for signature and processing
  • General office management tasks as required
  • Office attendance Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8AM–5PM

What you'll need:

  • Excellent proven admin or secretarial experience, ideally in the property sector
  • Strong literacy and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Organisational flair and confidence communicating at all levels
  • Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
  • Competent computer skills and familiarity with the Google suite
  • Availability to work in the office three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) 8AM–5PM
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
