Lidl GB is seeking a Shift Leader to help run operations in one of our warehouses. You will line-manage a team, lead shifts, and support daily operations while training new starters.
You’ll work to keep the team motivated and deliver excellent teamwork, underpinned by Lidl’s values. We offer a competitive salary (£30,000–£37,000), a 40-hour contract, and a benefits package including 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, and ongoing training.
