What you’ll do
- Check vehicles into the recycling area
- Process card, plastic and food waste efficiently
- Work with contractors and colleagues to keep collections on track
- Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with pallet counts and report issues
- Use machinery safely to move pallets and complete tasks
- Support driver debriefs and check the outbound lanes to ensure pallets are in the right place every time
- Help warehouse operations and keep standards high with a clean‑as‑you‑go approach
What you’ll need
- Experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Willingness to work with all types of stock, whether indoors, outdoors or in chilled areas
- Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for your tasks
- Good attention to detail, even when working quickly
- A can‑do attitude and pride in doing a great job
