Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a high-performing team, maintain store standards, and oversee the shop floor in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate colleagues, delegate tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Salary is £15.45–£15.95 per hour on a 40-hour contract with AM and PM shifts. Interviews on 9 November 2026. Benefits include 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, a pension scheme and long service awards.
