As a Talent Acquisition Administrator for our Logistics teams, you’ll be at the heart of our fast‑paced hiring engine, ensuring our warehouses run smoothly across the UK. You will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain a high standard of candidate experience. You will need flexibility to work evening and Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for our Stores and Regional Distribution Centres
- Post job adverts and screen applications
- Conduct telephone calls with prospective candidates, providing a realistic overview of the role
- Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines
- Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)
- Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback
- Support candidates through offer, contract and onboarding stages
- Handle queries around contracts and documentation
- Create and check employment contracts
- Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time
- Coordinate eligibility to work and reference checks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
- Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking
What you’ll need
- Experience in a fast‑paced, highly operational role or in stores/retail is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!)
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
- Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
- Good computer skills; use of the Google suite is advantageous
