Just like you, our growing Recruitment department is looking for a confident and motivated Talent Acquisition Administrator on a fixed-term contract until 30.11.2026 to join our busy and fast-paced team.

  • Office Hours and Flexibility
  • Office hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Thursday, and 8am – 5pm on Friday & Saturday.
  • This role will require flexibility to work evening and one Saturday shift every 10–12 weeks on a rotational basis.
  • What you’ll do
  • Lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for key operational roles in the Sales Team.
  • Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone interviews.
  • Manage applications through Success Factors (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback.
  • Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages.
  • Handle queries around contracts and documentation.
  • Create and check employment contracts.
  • Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues.
  • Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries.
  • Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking.
  • What you’ll need
  • Experience in recruitment, ideally in high‑volume or operational roles.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence using ATS platforms (Success Factors is a plus!).
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace will be advantageous.
  • Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail.
