About the role

Our Head Office Supply Chain team are looking for a proactive, analytical and detailed Senior Consultant to join the team on a temporary basis for 8 months. This is an exciting new role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for the analytical aspects of a key strategic project that forms part of our digital transformation across our supply chain. Please be aware, should this Temporary Assignment have the potential to go permanent, the colleague on the Temporary Assignment will have first‑refusal of the role (provided measures have been met).

What you’ll do

  • Conduct comprehensive KPI analysis on performance metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Define, develop, and execute use‑case measurements to quantify the success of the project features. This includes rigorous A/B testing and post‑implementation analysis to validate expected operational improvements.
  • Lead the financial assessment and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Quantify financial benefits to build compelling business cases for continued investment and rollout.
  • Perform deep‑diving data analytics to transform complex system outputs into clear, digestible, and engaging stories for executive teams.
  • Promote the exchange of analytical best practices and benchmarking, creating reporting synergies that standardise the measurement of the project’s impact.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Studies, Controlling or Economics (or related areas).
  • German language skills are ideal but not essential.
  • Previous experience working with data analytics.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive individual with a can‑do attitude and the ability to work on projects and solve problems independently.
  • Confident using Google Workspace packages.
