What you'll do

  • As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day.
  • From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

  • Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.

  • Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
  • Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly.
