What you’ll do:

  • Go to support for employee relations templates/queries
  • Prepare and send important employee relations correspondence, e.g. disciplinary, performance, sickness
  • Keep everything secure and GDPR-compliant—whether it’s e-filing documents or sending letters
  • Update our employee relations systems so everything is accurate and up to date
  • Help managers follow the right processes and elevate issues as needed
  • Make sure we’re always compliant with the law and Lidl policies
  • Take on extra tasks when the team needs you—because flexibility is part of the job
