Recruitment Day Wednesday 24th June at Lidl, Kendal store. The event takes place from 10am to 2pm and includes a welcome introduction and a face‑to‑face interview.
As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to jumping on tills, you’ll keep moving, keep the store running, keep the shop tidy and organised, and ensure every customer receives the service they deserve. You may also specialise in Freshness, Non‑Food or Bakery.
Responsibilities – Customer Assistant- Help customers with questions, queries and requests
- Work deliveries efficiently as they arrive in store
- Passionately provide excellent customer service
- Keep the bakery stocked and bake fresh goods proactively
- Merchandise and maintain middle aisles of Non‑Food products
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to start a shift early or finish late
