What you’ll do:
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
- Manage operations within your store and take over duties of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager in their absence
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
- Deliver the best experience for customers each visit
