Lidl GB is hiring a Payroll Support & Global Mobility Manager to lead a Payroll team across Great Britain and support Global Mobility. You will report to the Head of HR Operations from Lidl's HR Services. The role offers hybrid work with three days in the Head Office and up to two days remotely.

You will oversee payroll processing for 35,000+ employees, manage the Global Mobility function, and deliver strategic reporting to senior leadership while driving digitalisation of payroll processes.
